We are located inside Summit Salon Suites Suite 103. Open parking. Make sure to look for Simply Lux Hair Studio on the door directory to be let inside the building. We are the corner window suite!

cancellations + rescheduling 

We understand things come up. We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the services you were scheduled for.

no shows + late arrivals

If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.


Please let us know if you will be running a few minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will suggest what is achievable with the remaining appointment time or may need to be rescheduled.

adjustments

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 14 days of your visit & we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds. 



EXTRA GUESTS 

In order to provide an excellent and comfortable experience, we do not allow extra guests. There are 2 of us in one shared space and really want to make you feel at home while also allowing us plenty of space to provide all of your services.
